I have been learning Vietnamese with Francis for almost a year. Our lessons are mainly conducted in English. Francis is very patient, easy to communicate. He can adjust his teaching approach according to my learning needs. He is also always happy to answer my questions and help me clear up the confusion I have. Francis is hardworking and well-prepared for our classes. He can design the own teaching materials and clearly highlights key points using different colors, which makes me easy to follow and understand. He makes excellent use of digital tools, such as sharing teaching materials on iCloud with me, all the lessons are also recorded, I can conveniently revisit and revise the content after class, which helps my daily communication in Vietnam a lot. Class is always interactive and I like how Co Emily will make my daughter use what she learned to formulate short responses. She still has a long way to go so she can listen to a normal conversation. At least if we go really slow she can pick up some understanding.
