The teacher will guide you well‼️ 7. 🎖️ Class Operation and Classroom Rules 🎖️ Hello! Here are the classroom rules related to class operation. Please read them with a relaxed mind. 😊 1) Class Time 25-minute and 50-minute classes will end within their respective times. The teacher needs time to prepare for the next class and personal maintenance, and also handles translation, consulting, mentoring, external lectures, and content creation alongside teaching. We will provide enjoyable and meaningful classes within the set time. 2) Class Cancellation (More than 12 hours in advance) You can freely cancel or reschedule up to 12 hours before the class starts. 3) Class Cancellation and Rescheduling (Within 12 hours) If the teacher needs to cancel or reschedule within 12 hours due to their reasons, the class ticket will be refunded as is. If the student cancels or reschedules within 12 hours: - The first time, the class ticket will be deducted. - From the second time onward, a half refund will be applied. After all purchased packages are completed, one make-up class can be substituted for every 10 classes. If the 10+1 event applies, the free class (1 session) counts as a make-up class. 4) No-Show Without Notice If a student does not attend the class without prior notice, the class will be considered completed.
