Class Preparation Please prepare a pen and a notebook so you can write down useful expressions during the lesson. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling (More than 12 hours prior) You are free to cancel or reschedule your lesson up to 12 hours before the class starts. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling (Within 12 hours) ・Due to the Teacher: Your lesson ticket will be fully returned. ・Due to the Student: If you cancel or reschedule within 12 hours of the lesson time: 　－1st Time: One lesson ticket will be fully deducted. 　－2nd Time & Onwards: A 50% refund will be applied. 4. No-Shows If a student fails to attend the lesson without any prior notice, the class will be marked as "Completed" (fully charged).
