Within 12 hours, rescheduling is not possible. 2️⃣ Cancellation☎️ More than 12 hours before: Full refund or lesson credit restored. Within 12 hours / No-show: No refund or rescheduling allowed. 3️⃣ Lateness & Absence✅ If the student is late, the lesson will continue for the remaining time only. If the student does not join within 15 minutes after the start, it will be counted as an absence (no refund/rescheduling).
