Sharing feedback I am writing this feedback solely because your system forces me to do so. I have no other option to continue using the platform properly. I actively use the platform and take many lessons. It is essential for me that only upcoming lessons are displayed in the calendar. In the current version of the system, past lessons continue to appear until a review is submitted, which significantly interferes with navigating the schedule. I want to be honest: even writing such a neutral review feels extremely uncomfortable to me. When a person is placed in a situation with no choice and is required to publicly express opinions about personal matters, it causes strong internal discomfort. For me, this is truly a difficult experience. I do not want to cause discomfort either to the teacher or to myself. We are all human, we all try and invest effort, and I sincerely hope this is understood. For me, this kind of feedback is personal. Under normal circumstances, I would prefer either not to write a review at all, or to provide feedback directly and privately in a personal message. In addition, I consider it important to note the following. In most cases, a 25-minute trial lesson is introductory in nature and does not allow for an objective evaluation of a teacher’s work, approach, or teaching effectiveness. This requires time and several lessons. Moreover, reviews written after such trial lessons do not provide real value to other platform users who read them, as they do not reflect the actual learning process, but only a first impression. Nevertheless, the system forces clients to leave a public review specifically after a trial lesson, which, in my view, does not reflect reality and places students in a highly uncomfortable position. The current system format effectively enforces public feedback, takes time and energy, and creates emotional pressure. You may not fully realize what it feels like when a person is forced to do something without any alternative. For me, this is genuinely difficult. Regarding the lesson itself: the teacher made a positive impression and was kind and respectful in communication. At the same time, I understand that this is not the format or approach that currently suits my needs. This is not an evaluation of her professionalism, but a matter of personal fit and my current learning goals. I am writing this not as a complaint, but on a human level, out of respect. I sincerely hope you will consider revising the review system and making it more flexible and considerate toward both students and teachers. Thank you for your understanding.
