I feel that I finally found someone who understands me. my problems are maybe ridiculous for the a lot of people, but I am truly unhappy, and I don't know where to hide.... Allegra gives me worm responses and made me think I am not crazy.

I've had a number of classes with Charlie for mindfulness & well being that were all helpful and enjoyable.She's intelligent and kind with a warm personality and a great sense of humor. Our conversations included a variety of topics that were all fun and engaging, and we had some good laughs mixed in as well. If you're looking for general support, encouragement or friendly guidance for your well being, I definitely recommend taking some classes with Charlie.

We talked about the week and told Davy I worked a lot on my book and fan fiction. We talked about my trip and talked about people's numbers and the reason they act a certain way. Class was great!

Elaine is always on time and prepared and I appreciate that. She is also thoguhtful and if class moves around a bit, she works with you as sometimes, things come up and it's good to work through them. She's an excellent teacher.

Great conversatoin with Eric on limiting beliefs. How is that related to fears and what techniques to idenfy and remove the fears from the mind. I am glad to have found Ramona to help me in a rather difficult situation. I discussed with the teacher the real-life problems and cultural differences I was experiencing, and the teacher analyzed what my inner and outer self looked like. Talking with the teacher and thinking together about how to solve realistic problems through analysis was the way I faced myself in reality. It helps me with the problem I'm working on.

I had a nice introductory session with Ramon. She's very easy to talk to, really listens and gives insightful responses in a way that's authentic. She helped me see a few things in a different light and I appreciated that. I recommend her to anyone seeking support, guidance, encouragement for achieving their goals and balance in life.
