I wanted to find a teacher who can teach outside of the textbook, and teach me things that are more applicable to life in Taiwan and conversations with my peers. Teacher Paggie listens closely, lets me speak to practice, and adjusts the learning plan so that I can be fluent in no time, hopefully! It feels like a conversation with a friend, just with some corrections and guidance. Thank you, teacher, hope I will keep improving!

I started learning Chinese with Daphne老师 from the beginner level. She always makes sure I understand each lesson and explains things clearly whenever I have a question. She also finds creative ways and helpful tricks to make it easier for me to remember the sounds, which really helps me feel more confident. Teacher Ching is an experienced teacher who knows how to keep me engaged. She takes extra effort to give me homework so that I am learning outside of the zoom classes. She understands the student and works the curriculum to our unique needs.

Myra is a wonderful and encouraging teacher! She is very good at scaffolding conversation, so I can participate and enjoy the conversation. She is also great at customizing the class, so I can really enjoy what we're learning and talking about. She is a very considerate and personable teacher!
